We absolutely love offering holistic plant-based wholefoods workshops – either as an inspiring standalone 6 hour event, or as a shorter addition to any retreat, regardless of the discipline.
Sharing cooking techniques, recipes and demonstrations are blended with talks and presentations on holistic food philosophy, nutrition and organic gardening.
Subject that we will shine some light on during workshops include but are not limited to:
- How to easily make the transition towards a plant based whole foods life style
- The wholefoods pantry
- Meal planning for busy bees
- Sprouting, fermenting, preserving
- Easy veggie gardening
Workshops are presented in a very approachable and easy-to follow manner. Participants are encouraged to ask questions and poke us for information. We love to encourage participants to try out new things in their home kitchen and garden, and give handouts and a gift bag to take home
